Xinjiang Xiangquan Wear-resistant Alloy Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was formerly a subsidiary of Hunan Hengyang Metallurgical Machinery Factory in Xinjiang. It was established in 1999 and later restructured into Xinjiang Xiangquan Wear-resistant Alloy Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a modern enterprise specializing in the production of wear-resistant alloy steel. In 2008, Xinjiang Mianpengxin Mining Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, was registered. It reached a strategic partnership with Shanghai Jianshe Road and Bridge Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. in Xinjiang and obtained the distribution right of "Shanbao" brand crushing and screening equipment. In 2012, as an investment promotion project in Midong District of Urumqi City, our company planned to cover an area of 20000 square meters in the industrial park, with an independent investment of about 50 million yuan, and built a new production line with an annual output of 30000 tons and a single piece of less than 5 tons. In 2018, Xinjiang Xiangquan Shumo Alloy Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xiangquan Wear-resistant) invested in 15 million to acquire Hami Seiko Wear-resistant Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary. The "Seiko Wear-resistant" factory covers an area of 30000 square meters and has a construction workshop, office and dormitory of about 15000 square meters. It has also invested nearly 10 million in Hami Seiko wear-resistant technological transformation and production expansion, designing a production line with an annual output of 30000 tons, and is committed to building Hami Seiko Wear-resistant Material Co., Ltd. into a wear-resistant parts production service base with a layout in Hami, Eastern Xinjiang. At the same time, Xiangquan Wear-resistant Industry has two major production bases in Urumqi and Hami, and is the largest professional production service provider integrating R & D, production, processing and sales of wear-resistant and heat-resistant steel in Xinjiang.
