Sodium lignosulfonate
It is produced by reed as raw material and produced by low pollution technology,sodium
lignosulfonate is with good solubility, high surface activity and dispersing ability.It is a sulfonate
derivative contents benzoic acid and carboxyl.It’s adhesion, dispersion and chelation are widely used
in various industries to improve its physical and chemical properties, save costs and improve
efficiency.
Mainly export for Concrete:
Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a new type of water reducing agent. The water reduction rate
is generally around 20%, but it has high requirements for cement and sand of concrete.If the mud
content in the sand is slightly larger, the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a water reduction rate
of 0.However, the technical team found that when using polycarboxylate superplasticizer’s dosage is
6% of weight with sodium lignosulfonate’s dosage 4%-6%,the water reduction rate will reach the
most ideal water reducing ratio and the cost of concrete admixture is also the most
economical.Because of the characteristics of calcium and magnesium ions in Sodium lignosulfonate,
it is easy to occur precipitation and discoloration when mixed with polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
Other Application:
1. Concrete water reducer: it can adsorb and disperse cement and improve various physical
properties of concrete.
2. Coal water slurry additive: adding this product during the preparation of coal water slurry can
improve the output of high mill, maintain the normal condition of pulping system, reduce the power
consumption of pulping, increase the concentration of coal water slurry, reduce the oxygen
consumption and coal consumption, improve the efficiency of cold gas, reduce the viscosity of coal
water slurry and achieve certain stability and fluidity.
3. Refractory and ceramic green body reinforcer: in the manufacturing process of large-size wall
and floor tiles and refractory bricks, the raw material particles of green body can be firmly bonded,
and the dry green body strength can be increased by more than 20% - 60%.
4. Filler and dispersant for dye industry and pesticide processing: it can increase the color
power of dyes, color more evenly, and shorten the grinding time of dyes;
5. Filler, dispersant and suspending agent in pesticide processing: greatly improve the
suspension rate and wettability of wettable powder.
6. Binder for powder and granular materials: it can obtain good effects such as high strength,
good stability and lubrication of molds in the balling of mineral materials.
7.Dilution dispersant and viscosity reducer in drilling: Improve the fluidity of crude oil
transportation and reduce energy consumption. In petroleum products, it is used as cleaning agent,
dispersant, high alkaline additive, antirust agent, antistatic agent, emulsion viscosity reducer, wax
elimination and anti wax agent, etc.
