FFS Film

Printed tubular or flat FFS (Form, Fill, Seal) Film made from polyethylene (and/or polypropylene) delivered on rolls and is suitable for high-speed automatic filling lines (vertical and horizontal FFS machines). The FFS system is suitable for dry solids and raw materials.Up to 3-layers of co-extrusion films create a strong tack force and stability on FFS machines and maintain a strong tear resistance.The FFS film tube is fed into the filling machine, the bag is base-sealed and cut, formed and filled, and then top sealed.The flat FFS film is fed into the filling machine, the bag is vertically sealed and base-sealed and cut, formed and filled, and then top sealed.Available with side gusset and embossed with micro perforation for specific applications.
