Clean first the surfaces to be sealed. All visible contamination must be removed thoroughly,
see that the border areas are also cleaned. The procedure must be done in a dry place
without direct sunlight. The temperature should be between 15°C and 25°C.
pre-cleaner - Shake the bottle and cut the top of the cap. Apply the pre-cleaner with a paper tissue on the surface to
be sealed and polish well after drying. The pre-cleaner creates a film on the glass. Repeat the cleaning procedure, also
partially if necessary, until this film does not tear or crack any longer. Afterwards let the polished surface dry for 5 minutes
and polish again until all residues are removed. Residues on paint or rubber parts can be easily removed with water.
Attention! Don’t touch the cleaned surface with the hands.
mixing - Fill Component 2 with the Component 1 in the mix bottle, close the bottle well and shake for 2 minutes.
Attention! The sealant must be used after mixing within 24 hours.
application - Cut the top of the cap of “Component 1“ and apply the sealant starting from the top using one of the
enclosed tissues. The best is to start the application from the top. Split large surfaces such as windscreens and apply
the sealant in two steps.
polishing - Start the polishing immediately after application. Polish the surface with the second tissue until all smears
are removed. Already dried smears can be removed with the still-wet sealant tissue.
